Delivery & Returns


When you place an order you will need to provide personal details relating to the processing of your order which are handled in accordance with that stated in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

Orders by default can only be accepted within the UK. Orders may be placed outside of the UK at our discretion through contacting us directly. 

No promotion/discount/offer can be used in conjunction with any other.

Offers can only be claimed once per person unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed using PayPal secure payment service.

Your personal information and payment details are handled safely and securely however we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer from unauthorised third party access to any of the information supplied to which the law allows.

When you place an order on our website you will receive a confirmation of your order via email.

Acceptance of your order occurs when we have dispatched your order.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once dispatched.

All items where possible will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm on a working day(Tuesday-Friday). However this is dependent on stock and order quantities, therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be processed and dispatched until Tuesday.

Please allow 7 days for all made to order/customised items to be dispatched.

If in the unlikely event your order arrives and it is damaged, inform us as soon as possible.


All items (excluding inflated balloons) are dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class or 1st Class Signed For.

Our delivery charges range from £1.99 to £9.99 for all items (except inflated balloons), dependent on weight and value of your order.

Inflated balloon delivery is £7.99 per balloon, sent with Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class.

Orders over £100 are free of delivery charge (excluding inflated balloons).

Items can be collected at our shop in Ruthin free of charge.

All orders should arrive with you within 1-3 days of dispatch, inflated balloons typically arrive the day after dispatch, please note Royal Mail may be delayed during busy periods.


Please contact us to arrange a return.

Item(s) need to be sent back in a unused, resaleable condition with all original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that you will be liable for the postage cost of returning the item(s) unless faulty, you will be refunded for your item(s) (excluding postage). The refund will be processed within 30 days and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Items should be sent recorded using the Royal Mail Signed For service or similar as we cannot be held accountable for a non-return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions above are not met.

Regretfully items that are perishable/made to order/customised cannot be returned, unless faulty.

We cannot facilitate exchanges at this present time.
